I might have to look into that here. There is a library branch just down the street from my house, so if they have it I might be inclined to use the library more.

I never actually stay at the main library here in Ottawa. But we have a cool library website and you can "book" online whatever book you want and they keep them on the shelve for you. The service is free and super useful. So I just drop by and pick up my good reads every week, it's not difficult, I work two streets from the library.

I've heard of that book, but I can never find it in the bookstore. I would love to check it out before committing to buying it. I don't go to the library here because the last time I went, the place was a madhouse. Do people not keep quiet in libraries anymore? I was actually in a conference room that was separated from the stacks by a small art gallery, and even with that and the doors closed, we had to stop our conversation a few times because the children would just not. stop. screaming. I think I might find more peace and quiet at a crowded playground. I supposed I could try again, but the noise is a huge turnoff.

Happy new year!

Like you say, it's not so much about losing weight, it's about being healthy or healthier, which is a great goal.

As for blogging, I just borrowed a book from the library (for fun) called "no one cares what you had for lunch". It gives great blogging ideas, you should check it out!
