I survived cooking and hosting my first Thanksgiving dinner – and so did everyone else.  I’ll give you details tomorrow.  I’m exhausted.

    It was delicious and you did awesome! I had some of the leftovers already, I can’t get enough of the turkey and gravy. Thanks again to you guys, we had a great time. :)

    Me too! Turkey came out GREAT but the three loads of dishes were less than desirable, lol. Want to see a snapshot of a vegetarian cutting a Thanksgiving turkey? Hehe! Can’t wait to hear all about yours, and did the seasoning ever get to you?

    Amber, I’m glad you had a great time. We had so much fun having you over!

    Robin, I’d love to see that picture! And yes, I did get my seasoning, thank goodness. Dishes are are never fun but I started with a clean slate and had the dishwasher with the first load before the turkey came out of the oven and tried to clean as I went along. It made cleanup quite a bit easier.

    Thanks, Zhu. It’s not as bad as all the hype, but then again I cooked for 4 people so it was very manageable.
