Marriage in Real Life

Published by Kirsten at 6:55 pm under Love

I think I’m getting this in under the wire. So, the topic is Marriage in Real life. Boy, is this ever going to be a short post.

Mister and I were married just about 2 months ago. We are still in that honeymoon phase. Me probably more than him. He says that one of our friends observed that I am totally smitten with him. It is so true, and I am more in love with him now than I was even a couple months ago. That’s my real life marriage. And I plan on doing everything in my power to make sure it stays that way.

    Hooray for Newlywed bliss!

I LOVE being married. I think it is way more fun than being single.

    Enjoy married life!

Marriage is not always a bed of roses. But we can always try to make it that way. It is hard trying to make 2 persons 1. Specially if they get married, opposing views and some unseen habits will emerge. Well maybe I am just being cynical about this topic… I am not against being married though, but I hope you got married to your soul mate… To make adjustments more easier.

Krissybee, Mister and I are not trying to make ourselves into 1 person - we enjoy each other’s differences. We did make sure we knew each other very well before saying “I do.”

Marye, thanks! Every day with Mister is better than the one before, so I can’t imagine it ever getting boring.

I think “smitten” is Swedish for “oooh baby”!
