Hey, I love paper, I didn't say I was any good at any of it. I don't have too much experience either but I can learn!

Would love to Kirsten (re: paper freaks) but I am wayyyy new to the real paper stuff (as opposed to digital, lol!) Let me know when things calm down for you, we'll have a proper party to celebrate *grins*

The all-natural thing is a huge bonus, but more simply I just really like the way it feels and the way it looks. I haven't been using it long, but I think I'll need to get some more mineral veil soon! And thanks so much for the tip about using it on the legs - I do have a spot that I'd like to cover without having to resort to that other stuff that you use a trowel to get on.

I too need to moisturize around the eyes more than anywhere else, but the rest of my face is shiny yet gets flaky at the same time. I should exfoliate more, and Origins has one that I like.

Mineral makeup rocks. . .seriously. I like that most of the Bare Minerals is natural (aside from a couple of ingredients). I sell my own stuff (no unnatural ingredients), but still use the mineral veil (I had a lot left over).

One thing I found was that I needed to moisturize like crazy, especially around the eye area.

As a hint, if you do have a dry area on your face, coconut oil (the pure stuff) or emu oil really helps.

Also another tip with the minerals, you can use them on your legs to cover up anything. I have a few spider veins that really irk me, when I do wear shorts, out comes the minerals, and voila, they are as hidden as a trap door spider.

Zhu, I think Bare Minerals is perfect for those of us who don't like wearing makeup and don't have much talent for it. I haven't tried their eyeshadows, but the colors are great for a natural look.

I have never heard of Bare Minerals but I gotta try that.

I'm not very sophisticated and I like a natural look. I'm usually too lazy to take time to put make up on in the morning (plus I'm too sleepy and may end up with lipstick on my eyes).

I used to love Urban Decay but they are more into nice eyeshadows, not the natural thing.

As for razor, I bought mine five years ago, at least. Best I could find compared to all the high tec stuffs now!

Kaila, I do love the time savings, but I'm still not sure about how it will handle in more complicated areas, like my knees. It doesn't take much for me to slice myself shaving, so I still need to practice more with this one.

Kirsten:

I've been using the intuition razer for years. I love anything that cuts down on time, and doesn't cut me in the process.

Robin, I'll say it again, Bare Minerals ROCKS! And your blog - you've been holding out on me. We'll have to get the guys together so they can play guitar and sample some more alcohol while we break out the mango mixer and art supplies. I'm a repressed paper freak ever since I worked for a graphic design firm.

Kelly Marie - thanks for visiting! I'm not giving up on the Intuition because I think the concept is great, but I'm still not sure at this point that I want it to totally replace my Quattro.

It took me a little while to get used to the Intuition, but once I got the hang of it I was fine. I actually find it pretty easy to use for underarms, as long as both surfaces are sopping wet! Honestly haven't thought of using it downstairs, but I agree with you, I think it'd be too bulky and awkward.
