Thanks, kaila. The menfolk are gonna get so sick of us talking about decorating our homes! As long as I don’t go for the “Italian funeral parlor” look or anything that involves flowers, I think FH will be OK.

I guess the NV way is the West Coast way - FH says it’s the same in CA. A friend of mine from Michigan is used to it the same way I am. She called and thought we’d be moving in today!

Nice looking place! I’m sure you will enjoy it.

The closing process is much different than what I’m used to as well. Here it’s like you described for MA, only it’s often done at the bank but is sometimes at a lawyers office.
