Nobody - Spice Market is one of the best buffets in town, so that was probably a good place to try it. I don't know what place was on the Food Network, but Vegas.com has a feature where you can search dining by cuisine - there's lots of good choices on the strip!

I've only tried sushi once, in Las Vegas at the Spice Market Buffet. I like it! I did not expect to like it. I'll be trying it again next week when I'm in Vegas. I had heard about a great sushi place on Food Network, but I don't remember now where it is. TI maybe.

Jordon, maybe I've never noticed, but my sister lives in the Ft. Myers area and I don't recall ever seeing a sushi place there. The only kind of fish I see in her area is grouper, and of course it's cooked.

I don't know if sushi is a California thing. It must be just a not-New-England thing. There are lots of sushi places in Florida, so I've gotten pretty accustomed to the idea of eating raw fish, even though I never used to like fish.

Sushi is pretty big, even for my mouth (and that's saying something). I don't know how people who eat it all the time can manage.

Snoskred - the funny thing is, being in the middle of the desert, is that there are sushi places on every corner. It must be because we are so close to California.

I haven't seen any sushi with cooked chicken in it, but I'll have to look for that one. And weird - I didn't even notice the avocado in it!

I love Sushi, and there's nowhere near where I live that does it properly. My favourite is the chicken and avocado roll and the good news is the chicken is cooked in that, so maybe next time give that a go. ;)

I love Teriyaki too.. :)

Now I'm all hungry and have to wait 2 hours for lunch! But I do have a great teriyaki I might have..

Cheers!
Snoskred
www.snoskred.org
