Especially at restaurants. My husband tends to BE one of this offenders from time to time. So I have to remind him that I am only a foot away from him. Then he laughs. <br/><br/>I guess I can be thankful that he isn't the other thing that pisses me off in a dining atmosphere...Kids who are covered head to toe in ketchup, and trying the best to catapult their body over the top of the both seat onto my head! It sounds like it got switched to a layout that uses "dead keys," which don't produce any characters themselves but add an accent mark to the next letter (usually a vowel) that is typed.
