My old template was just that, a pre-made template, so no work was needed on that other than the usual adding content to my sidebar.<br /><br />If you switch to beta, you'll need to add all your sidebar content back in via widgets, but adding a pic in the header is super easy then. I suggest you get a test blog on beta to play around with it before you make the switch, then, when you're ready to switch SAVE YOUR OLD TEMPLATE FIRST! It will make things so much easier.
